Amazon Kindle is truly a revolutionary device. I must have read more than a dozen of books on it already in a month more than I usually read in 3 months. So it indeed helped me as it has others to read more and have a better reading experience. The one major problem that I have with the Kindle is the design. It seems as though the Kindle design team has not paid enough attention to details as the device has major design flaws. The page forward and page back buttons are amazingly out of place, and you are going to struggle not to press them every time you touch your Kindle. It just goes on to show that Amazon’s design team either did not pay attention to this small detail or they decided to ignore it. It’s no biggie you may say, but if you are reading a book, Kindle remembers the last page that you have read. But if you keep hitting these forward/backward buttons, then you are likely to end up in the wrong place the next time you decide to read your book. Not trying to be picky, but you never see anything like this in an Apple product. Maybe Kindle 2.0 will resolve this issue. Let’s hope!

Not any earth shattering news but Amazon Kindle is still sold out. That’s according to Amazon and Silicon Valley insider. I wonder if Kindle is becoming the next Wii now. I remember Wii was so hard to get for months, and it still probably is. But Wii is a gamer, and it is so encouraging to see Kindle, a readind device, be out for so long. Of course, it could be that Amazon really dropped the ball and didn’t make too many Kindles.
